— During Steve’s 20-year career in the financial industry , Steve has held senior and executive leadership roles. Steve’s portfolios included Call Centre, Operations, Credit Card, Retail Sales, Credit & Risk Management and operational efficiencies.

Prior to Steve’s career in the financial services industry, Steve was a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces, Steve served just under 5 years including peace keeping services with the U.N. in Cyprus.

Steve has served on the Mental Health Advisory Board, The Diversity and Inclusiveness Advisory Board with his previous employer ATB Financial. Steve's belief in putting the employee first so that they will in turn be engaged and productive.
